- 3 egg whites

Directions

1Mix cornstarch, sugar, water and salt. Cook until clear. Cool. Beat egg whites until frothy. Continue beating while pouring in cooked mixture. Beat 5 minutes. Cover pie, sealing edges to crust. Bake at 450° for 5 to 7 minutes.
