- 2 to 3 egg whites
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Beat together the egg whites, vanilla and salt.

2(I add a small amount of cream of tartar also.)

3Beat until stiff but not dry. Gradually beat in sugar until stiff and satiny.

4Fold in chocolate chips.

5Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.

6Bake in slow oven at 300° for 30 minutes.

7Line cookie tray with brown paper. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
