- 10 ounces, weight Pasta, I Used Elbow
- 1-13 pound Ground Turkey
- 1 whole Medium Onion
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper
- 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning
- 23 cups Water
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 13 cups Flour
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Plus Some For Topping
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 1/2 cups Fresh Or Frozen Corn
Directions

1Boil pasta according to package directions.

2Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

3Brown the turkey in a skillet.

4Add onion and bell pepper.

5Cook on medium high heat until onions begin to turn translucent.

6Add taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water.

7Turn heat down to a simmer.

8Meanwhile, melt butter in a sauce pan.

9Once melted, add flour and whisk until mixture begins to thicken and bubble.

10Add milk.

11Whisk occasionally until it boils.

12Remove from heat.

13Add 2 cups or so of cheese, stirring constantly until sauce is combined.

14Mix cheese sauce, salsa, black beans, corn, and cooked pasta, and meat sauce together in a casserole dish.

15Sprinkle with a bit more cheese.

16Bake casserole in the oven for 15 or so minutes or until cheese is beginning to get golden.
