Ingredients

  • 3 litters of Gallo Port Wine
  • 1 orange slit
  • 8 -10 whole cardomon seeds
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 pint rum
  • Handful of blanched almonds
  • Handful of raisins

Directions

    Heat orange 10 - 15 min. until slits open, out in cloves

    Add wine to boiling, turn off, add rum, cover and let stand 24 hours

    Strain all

    Add brandy and put in bottle, then heat and use.
