- 3 medium heads shredded cabbage
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 4 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 3 green peppers
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 bunch celery and leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. shredded carrots
Directions

1Add cabbage and salt and let stand for 2 hours.

2Boil sugar, vinegar and water for 5 minutes and let cool.

3Squeeze cabbage dry and add remaining ingredients.

4Mix and refrigerate.

5Will keep for 6 weeks.
