- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can Ranch Style beans
- 1 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies, diced
Directions

1Line a large casserole dish with flour tortillas.

2Next, layer meat, beans and onion.

3(Do not drain beans.)

4Next, add cheese. Cover with layer of tortillas.

5Spread cream of celery soup over tortillas and pour Ro-Tel tomatoes over soup layer.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
