- 15 ounces black beans
- 15 ounces corn
- 12 cup salsa
- 12 fresh tomato
- tortilla chips
Directions

1Begin cooking 1 cup rice in 2 cups V-8 and 2 cups water with the chili powder and cumin.

2After 5 minutes add can of black beans.

3Wait five minutes and add the corn and salsa.

4Chop the tomato; add it when the rice is almost done cooking.

5Crumble tortilla chips on top if you want.
