  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped (undrained)
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. Martha White Mexican cornbread mix

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Grease shallow 2-quart dish.

    Brown ground beef; drain.

    Return beef to skillet and add taco seasoning, tomatoes and corn.

    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
