  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. white wine or rice wine
  • 1 Tbsp. ground ginger root
  • 20 to 30 chicken drummettes

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients for sauce.

    Marinate drummettes overnight, turning every few hours in sauce.

    Bake at 400° about 30 minutes, then put under broiler for about 5 to 8 minutes, until crusty.
