- 2 cans tamales, chopped
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic or 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 can hominy, drained
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup or mushroom
- 1/2 can water
- 1 c. American cheese, shredded
Directions

1Cook ground meat (stirring so it doesn't stick together) with onion and garlic, until it is just done.

2Mix with all ingredients in a large casserole dish.

3Bake at 450° for 30 minutes, until it's bubbly hot.

4Be sure tamales and hominy are drained well.
