- 1 small jar pimentos, drained
- pepper to taste
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
Directions

1In large bowl with fork or whisk, beat eggs until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.
