- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced Ortega chilies
- garlic salt to taste
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Mash tamales with fork.

2Mix well with chili beans, onion, chilies, garlic salt and 1/2 cup of cheese.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Garnish with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.

5Put back in oven until cheese is melted.
