- 1 pound flank steak or skirt steak, sliced
- 1 package knorr fiesta sides - mexican rice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 avocado diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

1MELT Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak, stirring frequently, until desired doneness. Remove steak and set aside.

2PREPARE Knorr(R) Fiesta SidesTM - Mexican Rice in same skillet according to package directions, stirring in tomatoes during the last 5 minutes of cook time.

3STIR in steak. Sprinkle with avocado and cheese.
