- 1/8 cup jalapenos (or for milder flavor, just use the juice)
- 1 can chopped black olives, drained
- 12 (10 inch) flour tortillas
Directions

1Mix cheese, jalapenos and olives.

2Spread mixture over each tortilla.

3Roll up and chill for at least one hour.

4When ready to serve, slice each tortilla into 8 portions and secure with toothpicks.
