  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can peeled and chopped green chilies
  • 1 bundle green onions
  • 1 jar chopped green olives, drained
  • 2 c. Cheddar or Monterey cheese
  • tortilla chips

Directions

    Heat refried beans in a 350° oven for 10 minutes.

    Mix sour cream and taco seasoning.

    Pour over hot beans.

    Add (in order) the remaining ingredients.

    Heat again in oven until cheese is melted.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
