- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. ham, diced
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 (No. 2) can kidney beans
- 1 1/2 tsp. gravy seasoning
- Fritos
Directions

1Fry bacon crisp.

2Remove, drain and set aside.

3Add onion, garlic and pepper to skillet; cook 5 minutes.

4Stir.

5Add ham, chili powder, beans and gravy seasoning.

6Stir to blend and simmer for 15 minutes.

7Just before serving, crumble on the bacon and spoon over crushed Fritos.
