- 2 slices cheese
- 4 flour tortillas

1Scramble eggs and set aside.

2Cook bacon, crumble and set aside.

3On medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.

4Place 1 tortilla shell in pan for 30 seconds.

5Turn shell quickly.

6Put 1/4 of scrambled eggs, 1/4 of crumbled bacon and 1/2 slice of cheese on half of the tortilla shell.

7Fold other half of shell over fillings.

8Remove from heat.
