Ingredients
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 1/2 c. medium picante sauce
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cumin
Directions

1Mix shredded cheeses together.

2Combine sour cream, cream cheese, beans, picante sauce, chili powder and cumin.

3Mix thoroughly by hand or electric mixer.

4Spread half of the mixture on the bottom of a square baking dish.

5Cover with half the shredded cheese mixture.

6Add remaining bean mixture and top with remaining cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until heated through.

8Serve with tortilla chips.

9Also can serve with side of guacamole and side of tomatoes.
