  • 2 c. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. soda

    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients as given.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 375° for 35 minutes or until cake is done. This is so easy to make and no shortening.
