- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (16 oz. can tomatoes with juice
- 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can hot chili beans, drained
- 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- corn chips
- 1 bell pepper, diced
Directions

1In a 10-inch skillet, saute beef and onion.

2Add salt, pepper, bell pepper, seasoning mix, tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, marjoram and bay leaf.

3Let simmer for 30 minutes.

4Remove bay leaf and pour into a 2-quart casserole.

5Preheat oven to 350°. Sprinkle cheese over top.

6Top with corn chips.

7Bake for 20 minutes.
