Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 can regular tomatoes
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can English peas
- taco chips
- Cheddar chips
- Creole seasoning to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown ground meat in skillet.

2Chop onion and add to meat. Cook until tender.

3Add soup, tomatoes, mushrooms, taco seasoning, corn and peas.

4Cook about 15 to 20 minutes.

5Add seasonings to taste.

6Line pan with taco chips.

7Pour meat sauce over them and place grated cheese on top.

8Bake until cheese melts at 350°.
