  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can mushroom pieces
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 can regular tomatoes
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can English peas
  • taco chips
  • Cheddar chips
  • Creole seasoning to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown ground meat in skillet.

    Chop onion and add to meat. Cook until tender.

    Add soup, tomatoes, mushrooms, taco seasoning, corn and peas.

    Cook about 15 to 20 minutes.

    Add seasonings to taste.

    Line pan with taco chips.

    Pour meat sauce over them and place grated cheese on top.

    Bake until cheese melts at 350°.
