  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 to 3/4 soup can of milk or water
  • tortilla chips or corn tortillas
  • grated cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion and bell pepper. Mix in a bowl Ro-Tel tomatoes, soup and milk or water. Layer in casserole dish the tortillas, beef mixture and soup mixture. Add grated cheese on top. Bake at 350° until hot and bubbly.
