  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef sausage
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 c. chili powder
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1/4 c. chopped salad olives
  • 6 c. slightly crushed Doritos (8 1/2 oz.)

Directions

    Toss cheeses together.

    Brown meat, onion and garlic.

    Add remaining ingredients except Doritos chips and cheese.

    Layer in order 1/2 Doritos chips, 1/2 sauce and 1/2 cheeses; repeat.
