  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. grated cheese
  • 1 medium bag Fritos

    Brown meat and onions.

    Pour off excess fat.

    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and mushroom soup.

    Heat to simmer stage.

    Put Fritos in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour meat-soup mixture over this, then cover with grated cheese and cook in 350° oven until cheese melts.
