- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. grated cheese
- 1 medium bag Fritos
Directions

1Brown meat and onions.

2Pour off excess fat.

3Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and mushroom soup.

4Heat to simmer stage.

5Put Fritos in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Pour meat-soup mixture over this, then cover with grated cheese and cook in 350° oven until cheese melts.
