- 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 large bag regular flavor corn chips or Tostitos
Directions

1Boil chicken and remove bone and skin. Mix together soup and next 5 ingredients and 1/2 cup of the cheese.

2Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish and line bottom with 1/2 cup of crushed chips.

3Mix chicken with soup mixture and pour on top of crushed chips.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

5Top with remaining chips and cheese.

6Return to oven until cheese is melted.
