  • 1 chicken
  • 1/3 c. chicken broth
  • 1 pkg. Velveeta cheese (Mexican)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Directions

    Boil chicken, cool and cut into pieces.

    Lightly grease a 2-quart casserole and layer chicken on bottom, onions, chips and cheese.

    Top with soup and tomatoes.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 450°.
