- 1 fryer, boiled and boned, save broth
- chopped onion
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta cubed
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- tortillas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Mix chicken with onion, cheese, Ro-Tel, garlic salt and chili powder.

2Soften tortillas in broth.

3Layer 6 to 8 tortillas in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Add 1/2 of mixture and repeat.

5Top with cans of soup.

6Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
