- 1 large chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- broth (from chicken)
- 1 medium onion, cut fine
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 bag Doritos, crushed or left whole
Directions

1Boil the chicken until done; debone. Crush Doritos and place in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour 1 cup chicken broth over chips. Shred chicken; cover chips. Shred cheese.

2Layer half over the chicken.

3Put remaining ingredients into blender. Blend until it makes a smooth sauce.

4Pour over layer of cheese.

5Put remaining cheese on top.

6Place in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
