Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, boiled, boned and chopped
  • taco shells
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 small jar mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • Velveeta cheese
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook onion and celery in small amount of chicken broth until tender.

    Layer in microwave casserole dish: taco shells (broken in pieces), chicken, mushrooms, onion, celery and a layer of cheese. Mix the soups and tomatoes together and add garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour over other ingredients.

    Bake on High for about 20 minutes in microwave.
