  • 1 large mild salsa
  • 2 (No. 2) cans black beans with juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. Minute rice

Directions

    Place chicken in a casserole dish; sprinkle onions over chicken.

    Pour salsa over this mixture, then pour beans over this.
