  • 6 to 8 large pieces chicken, boiled and deboned
  • 1 medium bag Doritos
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta, grated

Directions

    Crumble Doritos in bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Spread cooked chicken over Doritos crust.

    Layer onion, then bell pepper. In separate bowl mix soups and Ro-Tel.

    Pour over bell peppers. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350° until onion is done.
