- 1 fryer
- 1/2 lb. grated Velveeta cheese
- garlic salt
- 1 small pkg. Doritos, crushed (reserve some to top casserole)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Boil, bone and skin chicken.

2Cut into bite size pieces.

3Saute chopped onion in a bit of margarine.

4Add onion, cheese and chips to chicken.

5Mix soups and Ro-Tel.

6Pour over chicken mixture.

7Put in greased casserole.

8Bake at 350° for 15 to 30 minutes.

9Sprinkle chips on top for last 5 minutes of baking.
