  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 small pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag Tostitos corn chips

Directions

    Boil chicken; remove bones, then mix soups and Ro-Tel with chicken.

    Top with crushed corn chips and grated cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes in casserole dish.
