- 1 1/2 chicken, boiled and deboned
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 pkg. frozen tortillas
- grated cheese
Directions

1Dip tortillas in chicken broth.

2Cover bottom of casserole dish with tortillas.

3Saute chopped onion and pepper in butter.

4Mix 2 cans soup and tomatoes over heat.

5Pour 1/2 of mixture over tortillas.

6Cover with another layer of tortillas.

7Cover with rest of mixture and put grated cheese on top.

8Bake at 350° until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbling.
