  • 1 1/2 chicken, boiled and deboned
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 pkg. frozen tortillas
  • grated cheese

Directions

    Dip tortillas in chicken broth.

    Cover bottom of casserole dish with tortillas.

    Saute chopped onion and pepper in butter.

    Mix 2 cans soup and tomatoes over heat.

    Pour 1/2 of mixture over tortillas.

    Cover with another layer of tortillas.

    Cover with rest of mixture and put grated cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbling.
