- 1 chicken
- flour tortillas
- broth
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- garlic salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 can tomatoes and green chilies
- 8 oz. grated cheese
Directions

1Boil chicken in pieces until tender.

2Remove from bone (can add extra chicken).

3Cut flour tortillas in fourths; soften in broth.

4Line baking pan with tortillas.

5Chop onion and green pepper.

6Layer half of chicken, green pepper and onion in pan. Put another layer of softened tortillas.

7Add remaining chicken, green pepper and onion.

8Sprinkle with garlic salt.

9Mix and pour over cream of chicken soup, golden mushroom soup and tomatoes and green chilies.

10Sprinkle with grated cheese.

11Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
