- 4 whole chicken breasts, halved
- taco seasoning
- 14 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 12 cup salsa
- 34 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese
Directions

1Set oven to 350.

2Place chicken in large zip lock back with seasoning.

3Think shake and bake.

4Cook for about 30 minutes or until not pink in the middle.

5Mix salsa and sour cream together and brush onto chicken.

6Sprinkle shredded cheddar (I use kraft 2%) and bake for another 5-10 minutes.

7Serve immediately.
