Ingredients
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1/4 c. fine noodles
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. beef bouillon broth
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan.

2In separate saucepan boil 1 cup water and add bouillon cube.

3Break up noodles and slightly brown in the butter.

4Stir constantly.

5Add rice and saute a few minutes, stirring.

6Add beef broth.

7Cover and cook on low fire 20 minutes.
-
8When water is absorbed and rice is soft, remove from fire and let stand 15 minutes with napkin undercover.

9Stir and serve.

10Serves 2.
