  • 2 or 3 c. cooked chicken
  • tortilla chips
  • Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Directions

    Mix cut up chicken, mushroom soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes together.

    Cover bottom of casserole dish with crushed chips and layer alternately with chicken mixture.

    Cover top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
