  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can cream mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 1 lg. bag Doritos
  • 1 med. onion diced
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 lb. velveeta cheese

Directions

    Bake chicken breasts, cool, cut into cubes.

    Mix together both cans of soup, broth, Ro-Tel and onion in large bowl.

    Place 1/2 bag of doritos into bottom of greased casserole dish.
  4. 4
    Place cubed chicken on top of doritos; pour soup mixture over chicken and doritos, slice velveeta cheese and place on top of soup mixture crush other 1/2 bag of doritos and cover the top of casserole. Bake in oven at 325° about 30 minutes or until bubbles up and cheese is melted.
