- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1 lg. bag Doritos
- 1 med. onion diced
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 lb. velveeta cheese
Directions

1Bake chicken breasts, cool, cut into cubes.

2Mix together both cans of soup, broth, Ro-Tel and onion in large bowl.

3Place 1/2 bag of doritos into bottom of greased casserole dish.

4Place cubed chicken on top of doritos; pour soup mixture over chicken and doritos, slice velveeta cheese and place on top of soup mixture crush other 1/2 bag of doritos and cover the top of casserole. Bake in oven at 325° about 30 minutes or until bubbles up and cheese is melted.
