- 8 soft tortillas
- 1 fryer
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Broil chicken, cut into bite size pieces.

2Mix chicken, onions, cheese, garlic salt, chili powder and tomatoes (mashed). Soften tortillas in chicken stock.

3Line baking dish with tortillas.

4Add chicken mixture.

5Pour 2 cans chicken soup over mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
