  • 8 soft tortillas
  • 1 fryer
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Broil chicken, cut into bite size pieces.

    Mix chicken, onions, cheese, garlic salt, chili powder and tomatoes (mashed). Soften tortillas in chicken stock.

    Line baking dish with tortillas.

    Add chicken mixture.

    Pour 2 cans chicken soup over mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
