  • 1 chicken, deboned and cooked
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 10 oz. can Ro-Tel
  • 1 pkg. corn tortillas or can substitute tortilla chips
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Saute onion in oleo.

    Add soup, Ro-Tel and chicken.

    Mix well. In baking dish, place layers of tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
