- 6 Tbsp. corn oil
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 1 can green chilies, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. corn meal
- 2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except cheese and chilies.

2Mix well. Pour 1/2 corn mixture into a greased long casserole dish. Sprinkle chilies over mixture.

3Top with 1/2 cheese.

4Repeat corn mixture and cheese.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° until set, about 45 minutes.

6It thickens some as it cools.
