  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 tsp. dry hot pepper flakes or hot peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
