  • 1 c. corn meal (self-rising)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. canned corn
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 to 3 small jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix ingredients, adding cheese last. Pour into greased baking pan.
