- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 7 hot peppers
- 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
- 1 diced onion
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Mix sugar, eggs, buttermilk, Wesson oil, hot peppers, shredded cheese, whole kernel corn and diced onion.

2Stir and add corn meal.

3Pour in large bread pan.

4Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375° or until golden brown.
