  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 eggs, beaten well
  • 1 can cream-style corn (approximately 1 c.)
  • 2 c. sweet milk or cream
  • 1 small can pimento
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 small hot pepper, chopped (or to taste)
