  • 1 can cream-style corn (small)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese, (if desired)
  • 4 or 5 pods hot peppers
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. celery
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
