  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped green chiles
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased shallow pan (9-inch square or larger). Bake, uncovered, at 400° for approximately 45 minutes.
