- 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 can green chilies (4 oz.), chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) cream corn
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. yellow corn meal
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt

2Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cream 1/2 cup butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
