- 2 pkg. Martha White Mexican corn bread mix
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1/2 can water
- 1 small onion
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 c. shredded cheese (more if desired)
Directions

1Brown meat and onion together and drain.

2Mix corn with corn bread mix.

3Add water; pour 1/2 corn bread mix in greased 12-inch iron frypan.

4Layer meat and onion on top of corn bread mix, then the rest of corn bread mix.

5Top with cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
